I am an experienced software developer that work as much with people as technology. With my values and principles grounded in agile software development, I help organizations, teams and individuals create high quality software. I strongly believe that the best results are achieved through collaboration, so therefore I focus a lot on creating high-performing teams, sometimes from the inside and other times from the outside.

I currently hold the position of Development Manager for Hattrick, the largest football manager game online. After several years of consulting with different teams I am now working with one team only. In fact, I am building a new team more or less from scratch with all the opportunities and challenges that brings.

As a first-time participant I am really looking forward to the RFG. I bring a couple of years of experience of planning and facilitating retrospectives, a bit of creativity, and lots of energy, mostly positive. :)
